About Cleared

Our mission: every construction business should have one trusted digital identity that stays current automatically.

Cleared onboards and verifies your subcontractors in seconds: text a tradie a secure link, they fill in their details on their phone, and Cleared checks the ABN and licence, tracks insurance and workers-comp expiry, and chases renewals automatically. No account or app for the tradie — just a link. It means a builder never finds out a subbie's cover lapsed while they're standing on site.

Why we built it

Cleared was built by a residential builder with more than 12 years on the tools who got sick of chasing subbie paperwork — the endless texts asking for a current certificate of currency, the spreadsheets that were out of date the day after you made them, and the nagging worry that someone's insurance had quietly expired. Cleared is the tool we wished we'd had: it does the chasing so builders don't have to.

Cleared is Australian-owned and based in Sydney, built for how Australian residential building actually works. Your data is stored in Australia (Sydney), documents are kept securely, and information is only ever shared with builders a tradie approves.
